MINERALIS is a brand & shop with various stones, minerals, rocks & jewellery. Offering services like cutting, polishing, custom jewellery making & repairs. Owner is a local professional craftsman with a special focus on opal stones. His passion for the minerals & discovering the galaxies hidden inside the opals is a drive behind the place - with a full workshop to cut, polish the minerals & make silver jewellery as well.
I've designed the logotype / visual identity to be elegant & modern. Cutting the stones was the inspiration in altering the typeface to crate the logotype. Polishing & grinding stones in water to create a smooth pieces became the inspiration for different vector shapes as graphic elements.
Photography & experimenting with ways to showcase the stones was another part of the project. I did sessions & editing of photos for the promotional materials, it was great to see the different parts of the process up close - from raw stones to polished jewellery pieces.
